Hi everyone, I'm about to start to play 960 chess. Can someone tell me if there is a book of this type of chess?

I’m pretty sure that there’ll be some online

Prefer Fischer's book. Or search it on Google friend

There isn't much . Its basically to test your creativity. And eliminate the advantage of having more knowledge in opening theory. You are 1700 in regular chess....so shouldnt be difficult to get to 1200 in 960 very easily.

I do not think there are many books on 360 chess... the original settings are random (on purpose) meant to make a player assess their options from the very start, thus forcing players to not rely on set or memorized openings

Hay un libro de Alexandra Cooper, que se titula "Fischer Random Chess: Chess 960".

Lo podés leer o descargar en es.scribd.com.

Hi @lolachess18! See these guides about 960 chess. There are 5 parts that address various topics of this variant: https://www.chess.com/blog/Vicariously-I/guide-to-chess-960-part-1-opening-principles
