It is too hard for me to understand your description of the pieces, so how could I comment on the game? I have for instance no idea what you mean by: "If a Light Cavalry or Heavy Cavalry charges in front of them, they will get destroyed by the square formation. The Spearmen will not move upon eradicating a Cavalry with the square formation.".
What is "charge in front"? What is a "square formation"?

The "square formation" is a formation used to counter cavalry up to the Napoleonic Wars.

"Charge in front" means to move in the mouth of the Spearmen. They get captured without the Spearmen moving.
