While playing Bughouse I have noticed that there are often trolls who purposely do really bad moves. For example, just played a game where partner threw away their queen and gave opponent a promoted pawn in the same turn, then did not recapture the promoted pawn even though they could. Unfortunately chess.com does nothing about these people, even after reports. Why do they not take action? It is very harmful especially when you are facing opponents at very low rating like 200-300 elo, much worse than aborting games imo
