Hey guys! Hope you all are doing well.

I just wanted to ask, in this variant no castling, cant we just artificially castle???

This is bonkers. I know we cant castle but we an place our king in such a way that it seems like we've already castled. This will not make the kings more vulnerable.

I think we can do that and we should have a pretty fine game

So, what do you say about this, and have you tried it as well(cause i've not played no castling.grin.pngtongue.png)

I request all to give this answer to me please.

And if you have also not played no castling then click on the link to play which is given below.

Thanks a lot for responding!

Yes, artificial castling is a very logical and common maneuver.

Thanks, I was thinking how could king's be more vulnerable when you can do artificial castle.

The idea behind this variant is to kill 20 move deep opening theory. Let’s play chess from move 2-3.

Thanks. Even I think so.
