I'm not sure what happened to Bad_Dobby_Fischer. I've not known him to ever disappear from a game, or lose on time before. And after 31 moves, the position looks complicated to me. I can't see that either side has taken a lead (my non-expert analysis).
Candidates Tournament #5 (Bad_Dobby_Fischer - AwesomeBen)

Black has forced mate here with Qc2 and Qxa2 I believe. That’s the only reason I claimed the win, as he was lenient with me on time warnings in the past.

To be honest, I do not see a forced mate. On the other hand, I miss a lot of easy stuff. 😕
Would the game not continue as:
32.Rxe2...Rxe2
33.Rc1
What's Blacks best play from here?

If anyone would like to play this game out let me know. I also might want to animate it (such as here) but I'd prefer to show the game at least to an obvious mate-in-n.
Sorry for timing out (just been really busy and forgot I had a game here for a few days), I appreciate the leniency but HST has of course won the game by now.
In the position vickalan has illustrated above, Qxd3+ would probably be best for black? Giving him a slight advantage of W+P over white.
34. Ka1...Qd2 might (?) still mean a forced mate though unless I'm missing something else.

Lol I was thinking of Qd4 in that line but that just hangs my queen, Qd2 does the trick though. Two mate threats and you can’t guard both.

Thanks for helping with this theoretical study. White continues with Rc2, so we're here:
33.Rc1...Qxd3+
34.Ka1...Qd2
35.Rc2

Conditional: If 35...QxR then 36.Qb1
35.Rc2...Qxc2
36.Qb1
(if the conditional isn't followed I'll replace this diagram)
More than 24 hours has elapsed since the time-warning was issued, so HarshSaberTwitch wins the game.
I'll update the tournament thread (here) soon.
