Under these rules 4th time warning is an immediate loss so I claim
(Ironically, I think I just blundered my Knight which you were probably going to grab for free.)
I'll admit I didn't want to play this variation anymore.
The reason was that the game would take too long and it takes time to set up the position and keep track of things on the board for me.
I'll give you the win.
