Crazy Tiles Chess

Good news friends. The game will soon be implemented on the Dagaz Server.
So far, the game is in test mode. However, each of you can try to play against the bot. The bot plays poorly, but is good for understanding the game.
Here is a direct link to the game against the AI:

The design may not be entirely successful, but the main thing is the opportunity to try out this idea.

"After each of his moves, the player must have at least one piece of his own on the tile with the king. Otherwise, such a player loses"
The server bot doesn't seem to know this rule. It continues to play even with a bare king.

My friend, at least one of your pieces must be on the king tile. If you have one piece left, it must only move from the king tile to the king tile. If such a move is not possible, then you must swap the tiles on the board.

Red has just made a move to h2. Blue wins simply by making it impossible for Red to move through the tiles with the image of the king.
To do this, they swap tiles anywhere on the board, and after the Reds are forced to go to h1 they swap the tiles again, but this time they swap the h2 tile with either of the g3 or h3 tiles.

Thx for this explaination, my friend, obviously I had confused "a king" and "a tile with the image of a king".
Inspired by one of the unique Xiangqi variants.
Game board 8x8:
We have 64 tiles with the image of chess pieces on each of them.
There are 16 kings, 12 queens, 12 rooks, 12 bishops and 12 knights tiles.
Shuffle the tiles and place them randomly on each cell of the board:
Players arrange their pieces in the two outermost rows as in ordinary chess:
Pieces can be anything. In our case, these are red and blue hollow squares.
The piece moves on the board according to the tile it is on. So if your piece is on a queen tile, you can move that piece like a queen.
In your turn instead of moving your piece, you can swap adjacent tiles vertically, horizontally, or diagonally anywhere on the board. There should be no pieces on these tiles. In this case, the next player will have to play only his piece. In other words, you can swap tiles only if the player before you made a move with a piece.
After each of his moves, the player must have at least one piece of his own on the tile with the king. Otherwise, such a player loses.
No check, no checkmate.
The one who first captured all the pieces of the opponent wins.
