try going bottom left, then top right, then bottom right, then top left. dont take all pieces on the way. top right bishop is last

I got it. I knew the top right bishop should be the last but I wasn't able to figure out leaving the bottom left king. Thanks, not taking all pieces on the way was definitely the right advice.

Maybe make fairy pieces to make the game more interesting

I dont usually play this on echochess.com because I usually play on discord

If you dont know what fairy pieces are it is just new pieces that aren't in classical chess

Some popular ones are:
Amazon: Combines queen with knight (very strong)
Chancellor: Combines rook with knight (kinda strong, equal to queen)
Archbishop: Combines bishop and knight
General (Sometimes called Centaur): Combines king and knight (not susceptible to check or checkmate)
Camel: an elongated 3-1 knight (weaker than knight because it's colourbound like bishop)
Knightrider: Moves like a knight but can repeat in the same direction, until obstructed
Short Rook: a rook but can only move up to 4 squares
Superqueen: Combines Camel and Amazon
Wildebeest: Combines knight and camel

That's just some pieces i know =D
