There are quite a few leaderboards that have players who have not played in the last two months. Months or weeks, the rule is not being enforced at all, it probably doesn't apply anymore.

My old account, which was banned 8 months ago, is still on many leaderboards.

this second question - why i dont see archive of minihouse games, why i dont see archive games for (example) this guy
If I understand correctly, the table for each popular variant (from 50 players) includes those who have played at least one game in the last two weeks. In the minihouse variant https://www.chess.com/variants/minihouse, I have been observing a player in first place https://www.chess.com/member/MAUMYHATA for a month who has a constant number of games - 522 - and who, in fact, does not play and does not accept challenges when he is online. Is this considered normal for the server, or is it a bug?
