To be honest I'm not sure how I made it this far in the tournament. My daily rating is under 800, but somehow I am able to compete with higher rated players.

Hello @vickalan and everyone else

The lack of opening theory probably levels the playing field somewhat. In regular chess, if one person has good opening knowledge and the other doesn't, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion. In bulldog there is no book.
