I kinda am not 100% sure of all rules but I'll try.
The winged knight moves like a 2x1 knight and a 3x1 knight so it has twice the mobility of a knight.
The Chancellor on e1 and e10 move like a knight or a rook. The Archbishop on g1 and g10 moves like a knight or a bishop. The king castles by moving 3 squares.

Archer, a piece that attacks square and capture like Queen as long as it is not blocked by its own allies but do not move in the square it attacks. It recharges his attack every 4 full turn but it can move like a king. I dont know the size of the board and the positions of pieces. Any suggestions?
Assassin, a piece that can teleport on any empty square but can only capture like a king.
the apple moves like queen and captures like queen but can fade through other pieces like a knight and shoots leaves like queen and captures them

Javelin - moves as a Ferz. Attacks forward if it has an empty space ahead of it, to capture any piece with an empty space ahead of it.

I can play with you but I have a few questions, can it capture and how does it generate teleporters.
it can only capture pawns otherwise it will be to OP and it generates more of itself every 20 moves
