new Variant- losing time

I wanted to create a variant that is based on time. 

If a piece is taken the play who lost the piece will also lose time equal to the pieces value. 

For example: White takes blacks Queen. Black loses 9 minutes on the clock. 

games would start with exactly 39 minutes on each clock without any delay. Don't take to long to move because if too many pieces get exchanged you could be racing the clock in Bullet while your opponent plays Rapid. On the other hand if move every time like it is bullet you might miss something critical. 
if the time subtracted is greater than a player has then that player loses "on time". 

Imagine 5 min left on everyone's clock your opponent is ahead - at best you will be checkmated in 6 moves. but then you see that you can take there rook. It would be a bad move but in this variant you win on time
