Running a 960 tournament at my local club

We’ve talking and our members are interested in having a one night F960 tournament. Some people have suggested that we do a 5rd 3/2 double Swiss (we run this TC for our blitz) others suggest that we just do a straight Swiss G/10. My thinking is to have the same random starting position for every board, but change with each round.
Any and all thoughts, and recommendations are appreciated.
and because we are a little nuts, we’re going to try a bughouse tournament as well.
