I don't think the quantified material advantage of black is really crucial. It may even be better for the bridges to have a rook and a bishop instead of just one queen. So from my point of view, the game wasn't necessarily lost to White. But of course, the position will be problematic and e.g. a4 will be lost, the defense will become more and more difficult if Black doesn't make a serious mistake.
