I don´t know much about Shogi. But there are four pieces more and with the ability to drop pieces I think the Shogi team would win.

The property of Shogi pieces is to be placed in the hand of the opponent after being captured. So it is the FIDE army that will get the shogi pieces in hand.

the chess army can drop too

It's interesting to think about how dropping would affect an asymmetric game like this. Could it be that since both sides can take captured pieces, it would be fair?

1 bishop 1 rook 2 inferior knights 9 inferior pawns 4 pieces that a weaker than the king and 2 super pawns

Chess has way more advantage

The shogi army can win only if mantain the drop pieces gained from the chess army, obviously if this last one don't have the drop pieces rule from us. 

Without drops no way for shogi.
