Speel Chess Rules

Is there any place that i can read all the rules?

so far i have found

1) pawns cant jump pawns

2) king cant jump

i would love to know a rule before i am deep in a game and then find out i loose becuase the rules are not posted. 

can anyone help? Where can i read all the rules?

There may be something posted in the Variants club but this is all that listed on the game variant.

But that is just mostly false or non-sensical garbage, right? It says nothing about Pawns not jumping Pawns, and of course you cannot use two in a row when it takes 3 full moves to recharge; there must be at least two other moves between the spells. It doesn't specify how long spells last (which appears to be just one half move), so the caution on freezing your own pieces makes no sense, as they would not have been allowed to move during the opponent's turn anyway, and after that the spell has worn off and they are defrozen...
