While sampling the sour beers in one of Newcastles finest micropubs (Beer st)
A variant of the game was invented. As demonstrated in this short vid:

This could be tweaked a little, with pawn setup and major piece starting places. eg bishops.
A boring name for the variant is ofcourse....Corner CHess, but thats a bit obvious. MAybe I should stick with Toon Pub Chess??
Am unclear how to save a variants setup on this site, do i need to contact someone at chess.com hq ?
Any suggestions for tweaking this variant?
