Think I'm a genius? Think these are trash? I don't care too much. I'd love to hear any feedback, really. Also, if you have more variant ideas, I would love to hear yours. : )

Cylinder Chess first of all is a lot of fun. If you don't know what it is, just imagine the 'a' and 'h' files are bound together. (Came up with it on my own, but it is by no means original. A quick google search will bring it up fast.
*note I didn't research if these ideas we're already discussed. I apologize if they were. : )
Had this idea for Weakness Chess. You take the book of openings and you see which opening(s) player_1 has played least. After that, player_2's least played response to that opening is chosen. The game starts 5-10 moves of theory in.
Cypher Chess take cylinder chess, but you can use a move (or two I'm not sure) to rotate a rank left or right one space. It's kind of strange how easy it is to pick up.
In Spy Pawns, pawns take the form of the piece of the piece they capture.
In Mindsize Mega you have 5|5 chess clock time where at the start of each 'round' both players pre-move 3 moves and press go. If you take a piece 'priority' swaps. i.e. If player_1 Bxh3, player_2 moves first on the next round. You have to capture the king.
For Pawned, every 3 moves a random 2 pawns for each side take whatever random moves they like.
For every blunder you make, you get a point of material in Blundered. The player with the most material at the end of the game wins. (Checkmate gives you 3-5 points or something.) : D
--If you'd like to play any of these with me, that would be quite funny for sure.
