Hi Zied,
The Builder gives other pieces strong powers. If a pawn and queen are next to a builder, the pawn can act like a queen. But to limit this power, pieces usually need to move to the builder. Since the builder only strengthens other pieces (never weakens), I think overall there is move power compared to normal chess.
