I'm blindfolded, so can't see your move?

(anyone could beat me in this game - I like charts, diagrams, illustrations and would not get through life if I had to remember everything).

Something like this, and we don't know where the pieces are. We can only imagine them.

It's amazing that some people have such great short-term memory they can play blindfold chess - even several games at the same time. One story says that grandmaster Richard Reti once played 29 games simultaneously, and won 21, drew six, and lost two. Ironically when he left the event he forgot his suitcase.

Can we just have the start out board so there is no confusion about where the pieces are to start out?

gyrados didn't even say he will play. If he wants, I'll mod a game after I finish at least one game (and not replacing with a mandatory tournament game).
