Hawks are pretty powerful. It attacks twice the squares as a knight, so I think a hawk is worth at least twice the value of a knight.

The rule on these forums is that written notation takes precedence over a diagram. So I made a poor move. (I wanted to move my rook 2 squares, landing on 10,3. Not 10,2). Here's the diagram which matches what I wrote. It's your move.
