I resign. Good game, and I like the complexity of the builder. Looking back, I believe at move 31 you had a mate-in-3 which is what you did. Good work.
I'm still in another game with the Builder (same starting setup) against Gyrados.
If he wins, it would be interesting for you and him to play. (A rare 3-game tournament on this forum).
