Chess960 tournament question

I just joined a chess960 tournament, http://www.chess.com/tournament/lets-have-960-times-more-fun

And it seems that all of the games start with the same position. Is that standard so that each round is fair? (so that somebody doesn't get a better white position than somebody else, for example)
