A game challenge can be either rated or unrated. If it's unrated, the game result won't affect the rating of either player.

My game wasn’t unrated and I didn’t get the points it is still shown like if I played 0 games. At least I got the achievement for my first 960! ⭐️ lol

Are you playing on an app? The iPhone app only shows stats for daily 960, not live 960.
The website will show your current live 960 rating.
