Apparently, someone was opening a lot of accounts at once, and I was a prime suspect. This resulted in the mysterious disappearance of what turned out to be my only account on the site. I'm glad they eventually found the real culprit, because it wasn't me!

Good to see you back man, you have had your account for a long time.
I have seen you before, you do lots of puzzles, I have never seen you being rude.
I saw that someone had sent a message to support about you, I think it was McGoohan.
I checked it out on the thread that was discussing you and saw that the entire profile had been removed, I thought whatever it was it was serious, normally they just close and flag abuse.
Makes sense that they removed profiles if lots were being created, perhaps by a bot.
I see lots of bot spam posts on the general forum, all from India.
Guess you got caught in the crossfire man

I really need to get moving on replacing my laptop screen. I can pretty much guarantee I'll be able to move more quickly here once I'm back to having regular access to a computer. The limited window of time I currently have for computer usage has forced me to prioritize quite heavily, and I apologize for that.

It's kind of awesome to see that at least a few people noticed when my account disappeared. 
It seems the only ones who realized what had happened (McGoohan, vickalan, and game_designer) are regular contributors to the chess variant forums here, so that's probably where my posts on the site have received the most attention.
...But yes, I can often be found in the More Puzzles forum, as well!

It's good you posted this. I've been meaning to include something similar with at least one or two of my moves, but I keep forgetting. Sometimes, I'm too lazy to even set up the position on an actual board, and wind up just posting moves "blind". If I do that again, though, I'll probably regret it.

We noticed man
You can click the analyze button on that diagram and download the PGN, then add moves, upload etc, saves you having to start all over each time.
I had a laptop quite some years ago that bombed, got it repaired, it is very expensive to repair laptops, in hindsight I should have just purchased a new one, new model, no problems, etc.
