Rematch?

Why I can't accept or decline if I want or don't want to play rematch game? I lost 2 games against much better players and they challenge me again and if I resign i lost the game. That is not fair. Maybe I don't have time any more for playing or I already play several other daily games and I do not need it any game more!
I’m pretty sure you can decline rematches if you can’t contact chess.com about it.

Whenever someone sends you a challenge, there should be an ‘X’ option (next to the checkmark) to decline the challenge.
You are not obligated to accept challenges. Challenges don’t automatically happen. I don’t know why you didn’t see a query to accept or decline the challenges.
It is happend again the same. New daily game just appear and he made his first move.
