admin duties and "how to"'s....

I am new at being an admin and trying to figure it out. I created a club, Using Just Our Brains, with the premise of not using AI's nor computers to suggest moves nor databases. But, not having the know how, I don't know how. Right now I want to start a club match and make a member an admin. The match is set and locked. I suspect I could Google the how to and shall once I get a chance. Any help would be most welcome and thank you in advanced.
