i am looking for a local chess club near san angelo, or abilene, texas, does anyone know of one?

I also hope to start or join a San Angelo club. A couple of guys that I don’t know have a page for San Angelo Chess Club on Facebook. I just sent a message to them. The guys I knew who previously ran chess in San Angelo are deceased, unfortunately. We live south of San Angelo near Eldorado. We tried to start a club here, but it fizzled (tiny town). My husband Danny and I both play tournament chess. We have to go to Odessa or the DFW area for tournaments. I am also a USCF-certified Senior Tournament Director. Message me here if you are still looking for a local club. Maybe we can get one going.
