Looking to meet admins of smaller clubs

Hi, my name is Joel and I currently run a very small club (ten of us including me) and am looking to branch out and meet admins from other clubs of similar size (around 20 members) so that we could potentially work together to organize club matches and tournaments to grow together. I'm not suggesting leeching off of each other or anything like that, but more cooperative and symbiotic uses of our time on chess.com for the benefit of both our clubs and members. I would say the median rating of my members is near 1000. I would greatly appreciate anyone who runs a club that would be interested in doing some club vs. club or idea sharing to reply either to this forum or simply message me or even add me as a friend. I really want to grow here and if I can help others grow as well I think that could be a good thing for everyone involved. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and for considering my requests.
