Meaning of club roles

I often get confused at the certain authority each club position(SA, Admin, and Coord) gives compared to the others. Could someone please explain the roles of each position to me?

Coordinator

• Create matches 
• Create vote chess

Admin

• Same as coordinator
• Create news
• Delete notes and comments
• Kick/ban people

Super admins

• All of above
• Edit club profile
• Promote members/demote

What level is necessary to be able to edit the forums of others?

You go to the the members tab and go to their username. There you will see an action button.
