i could be a admin, i can invite, do chat moderation / forum and i can also do live chess/Vote Chess/Daily chess basically everything ;-;
Hello everyone,
Before we officially open the Hydrangea Sanctuary Chess Club to the public, we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic members to help form our founding staff team. These early positions will shape the future of the club and ensure that we are ready to welcome new members into a structured, supportive, and fun environment.
We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:
🏆 Competition Roles
Match/Tournament Director → Admin
Creates and manages club matches, leagues, and tournaments.
Coordinates with other clubs for official team matches.
Ensures matches are fair and properly organized.
Team Captain(s) → Admin
Selects lineups for competitive matches.
Organizes practice games, strategy sessions, and training.
May coach lower-ranking members with advice outside of games.
(Captains may not tell others what move to make during live games.)
🌱 Community & Recruitment
Recruitment Officer → Coordinator
Invites new members and helps grow the club.
Greets newcomers, explains rules, and makes them feel welcome.
Keeps an eye out for potential talent or active members to recruit.
Event Organizer → Coordinator or Admin
Hosts casual events such as arenas, vote chess, puzzles, or simuls.
Keeps the club fun and engaging outside of competitive matches.
Works with leadership to plan seasonal or themed events.
🔒 Moderation & Communication
Forum/Chat Moderator → Admin
Monitors notes and forums for inappropriate behavior.
Enforces rules, maintains order, and ensures discussions stay respectful.
Acts as the first line of conflict resolution.
Content Creator / News Officer → Coordinator
Writes announcements, match recaps, and newsletters.
Keeps members updated on upcoming events, matches, and achievements.
Helps maintain the club’s public image and activity.
