I think if people get thrown out of a club, they have to decide to rejoin themselves.

That is because he sisn't ban them, he kicked them out. So, now,all you can do,is wait until they return, IF they choose to return...
No, I mean he BANNED them, not kicked out.
The club had 360 or more members and now has 63. Are you sure he banned them?

You can un-ban the members, but you have to let them know what happened. They aren’t told automatically if they’re banned or not.
Firstly, @chessthesmall banned nearly 300 members in my club after I gave him an Admin status. So, please block&report him
Then I banned, muted, and demoted him to a member. After that, I somehow unbanned all the members but realized they didn't return to the club and got kicked out. This is what I see in the Audit Log(there are more pages like these ones):
Is it a glitch? Are people supposed to return to the club after they get unbanned?
