Absolutely horrendous account security. This is unacceptable.

Someone hacked into my account and sent a request to change my email address, username, and password. And Chess.com just completely let it happen and I had no way of stopping these changes as they were happening. This is what the email said when the hacker sent the request to change my email:

"If you made this request, then you will receive a separate email at the new address to confirm, and you can ignore this notice.

If you did not make this change-address request, then please log into your account promptly and change your password to protect against malicious access."

So someone can hack your account and request to change all your information, and the only security measure in place is that they will double check with  the hacker's email address if they want to take control of the account. Why TF is there no option to say "No please dont let these strangers change all my info"??????? Seriously????? The only way to stop them is to "log into your account promptly and change your password" HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LOG IN WHEN THEY CHANGED MY PASSWORD. And if I try and change my password then it sends the password reset request to the f***ing hackers new email. This is absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off the "contact us" support button just doesnt work. IDK if anyone else has had this issue, but I clicked it over and over and nothing ever popped up. I even disabled my adblock and tried a different browser but still no possible way to actually "contact us"
