Abuse of "vacation" option

I have a daily game going on for what seems to be at least 3 weeks. The other player is constantly changing his use of vacation. This member has something like 30 other games going on and is pulling the same stunt with all of them.  I have reported this member a few times and nothing is done about it. I am paying for the top tier membership to play chess, not little petty games that these kind of people want to play.

Well at least you are absolutely crushing him and he has only 5 days of vacation time left.

So, at the end of the allocated vacation, the member has the gall to put me on vacation again for like 4 hours. Finally, when that time ran out that was it. Time ran out on all of his ~30 games.

Good, stalling is such nonsense. I'm glad you're finally untethered from that situation.

Premium members are automatically placed on Vacation when low on time in one or more of their daily games. The feature can't be disabled, so it's unlikely they were doing it deliberately (going off and on vacation)

Martin, he started doing the same thing to a new game (only one). On vacation after the first move. I told his opponent about what happened and the opponent aborted the game. If you can't play a game, especially a daily or longer game, in a timely fashion, you don't start the game in the first place.

I think that the automatic activation of vacation time in a daily game for premium players when their time is running out should also disable automatically and become temporarily unavailable if the user does a puzzle, plays, reviews, or starts a game, or does a lesson or drill. If you can watch a lesson on an opening, do a few puzzles, or even look at a game for more than a few moments in any context, you can play your move when it's your turn.
