Am I a sandbagger?

No. If you play unrated games, how could you steal ratings points from higher rates players? And if you play rated games, you would be matched with players not more than 200 higher.

chess24 defines sandbagging as :
Sandbagging is the intentional act of reducing one's chess rating by losing games, or drawing with lower-rated players. Generally, the objective is to qualify for a lower rating class section in a future competition.
I only play unrated games because it helps me relax and play without thinking of the result, rating, lagging internet (my internet connection is really bad) etc.
I always play to win, never resigned/lost on purpose and all my games were unrated.
So my question is...am I actually a sandbagger? I ask because I don't know, really.
The main purpose of ratings is to help make good pairings. If you never establish a rating, you and your opponents just have to guess if the game will be a fair match.
This site's rating method takes into account your activity level. The Glicko RD makes a good faith estimate of your true rating.
If you never get a rating or don't keep it up to date, you have little idea of whether any given game represents an accomplishment.
Don't forget. Most of the people you play unrated games against are "sandbaggers" too. (They may have an account where someone else established the rating for them. Some have played unrated games for years. Who knows what their rating should be? They don't.)
