award bug?

So yesterday I read an article and it did not give me an award obviously I read an article for fun but today I joined my first tournament and it did not give me the award does anybody have any answers for this?

You have the article achievement. You got it on the 1st.
For the tournament one, I'm pretty sure only Swiss and Daily tournaments award it, not arenas

My friend got third in a bullet arena and it gave him a medal

I've analyzed and played 100s of games in each mode, but I haven't gotten the achievements for it. Do you need a certain rating, or is it a bug?
How did i lost, when oppenent player did not move and the time is running out, please someone tell me answer

Arenas do not count as tournaments for the purpose of awards. All Swiss tournaments do.

You likely got disconnected from the live server process
no i was not disconnect, my clock was on stop, only the opponent times was moving
