Has any of you been hacked, while playing on chess.com ? And nothing was done, to correct the problem, losing games, because your time is running, and you can't move your pieces. the only advise I was able to get from chess.com was to download Chrome which didn't stop the problem, now they won't contact me any more. If I was playing for free, won't be a problem, problem 2 months old, not even a refund offer.
