Best insults you've received in a message

I would just ignore. You are just wasting your time messaging back or even looking at the messages.

the best was simply not accepting my draw offer when it was a draw position and instead they blunder after 20 moves and then spam me with draw offers till Im forced to block them and checkmate them. That's chess.

I had beaten a guy a bunch of times and I got a message later in which he called me a cheater... I expected to find narcissists in a competitive game (although, chess was not historically competitive, it was antagonistic; even pros in the old days played each other and then had drinks together, but that is another story) but I see that the anonymity provided by the Internet (and the rules of chess.com, which is not a chess club or regional organization and does not require identification for membership and for the ability to chat) give those individuals room to operate, and in many cases drive people away from chess. Being 33 years old and playing since I was 5, I remember that when (and where) one played chess, there was a behavioural etiquette involved. This reminds me more of a high school's locker room.

Got this one recently:
"100% cheating. You analyse your previous game, see it was 96% and then cheating against me just after. pathetic"
I mean: analyzing my own games and then using that knowledge in my next game. How dare I...?
Also, occasionally people write "you're ugly" or some such in the chat. I always reply with: that's true, that's why I have a picture of a beautiful woman as a profile pic.
Messes with their heads, that one.

i think he was butthurt he got beaten by someone who had played 1/10 the amount of games that he had

What I really don't understand is why they get so invested. If they were rated 3000 or 2400, even, I would get it. There would be youtube channels, promotions, PR consequences. But... At 1200-300-400? I am an endoscopy assistant and play for fun. What in the hell do they play for?

The best I've had was from an Argentinian player after they got into a winning position. It went:
"hahahahahahaha"
"falklands too"
I genuinely have no idea what that was supposed to mean. The mystery haunts me to this day.

I received this lovely message from a dear friend after I lost a game
