Board Loading Problem?

Hello,

I just recently joined and no matter what i click the board loads but the pieces never show up.  Is it somehow loading incorrectly?  What can i do to fix this.  The site looks great.

I would really love to find the answer since I have the same problem on my cell phone. We must be lacking some kind of web component.

For the cellphone issue: go directly to step e below.

a. which browser are you using ? (suggestion: mozilla firefox or google chrome works best.

b. internet explorere has known issues with live chess.

c. control F5 when you have a problem with loading, may fix things.

d. following steps: 

1. log off chess.com in your browser;

2.  clear cache and delete cookies.

3. power down, let it set a few seconds,  and restart, return to chess.com

e. if none of those help, then, contact help and support at the help and support -contact us - link.

which browser and version are you using?

Have you tried ctrl and F5 on the game?

Have you tried this page for missing pieces ?

Just for your info I've solved the problem on my cellphone. I just went to any game, I couldn't see the pieces, and then refreshed/reloaded the page. Now I see them.

I didn't know the stored cache could also be an issue on cellphones
