If you feel another members is using disallowed resources, you should report them directly to staff. Reporting in public is not allowed and it's not allowed to ask others to report another member.

This person is cheating please do help me report him forward so chess.com staffs will check it out this person was using top engine moves almost in all the game I had with him I analysed afterward with stockfish and more than half of the moves were made by stockfish itself please report the account
