Cheating on chess.com

When are chess.com going to actually cut down on cheating on this site? I've received 6 rating refunds in the last 24 hours and I'm waiting for at least 2 more. Moving past 2300 rapid is near impossible and I'm forced into playing blitz which I don't enjoy. Aborting the games against brand new accounts is useless because you have a limited amount of games that you can abort before having to play every game. Something needs to be done urgently because it is too simple to make an account and cheat up to high elo and waste everyone's time. Not to mention how enraging it is when some smartass plays 1... h5 2... h4 3... a5 4... a4 to lower the accuracy and proceed to play with engine precision every 5 seconds and not get caught.
