Chess.com connection glitch/Losing rating because of glitch

So, on my homescreen, on April 4th, I lose twice, then win once. However, I only played 2 games, and the one in the middle was because my chess.com glitches. I lost 10 rating points because of the glitch > : ( 

Is there a way to fix this?

When I mean my chess.com glitches, I mean that whenever I click the "Play" button, it glitches and takes anywhere from 2-20 tries to actually get me in a game. sometimes, such as the scenario above, it doesn't send me to my game, and I force-abandon the game. Then, I lose points.

So is there a way to fix this?

Usually it’s a server issue with the app. These are not heavy information apps that take a lot of processing power. Maybe it’s time Chess.com upgrades their server/technology?

Feels bad to complain when it's free, the good far outweighs the bad on the site
