chess.com keeps crashing

I played a game and my rating at that point was 978. I later that day began another game and as soon as I made my first move the client, on an iPhone5c, froze. So i deleted and it and then reinstalled it, as I do regularly. Imagine my surprise when I logged in again and found that my rating was now 961.


Shome mishtake, shurely.

Tactic trainer crash regulary for me but im using old v2 now.

Its quite a good website and service. Its just not perfect.

To be fair to chess.com I have upgraded the IOS on my four year old iPad mini but not yet on my iPhone5c. I use the phone much than the pad here.
