In your last game you played f6. Never play f6. And never play f3 as white. Do this and you will gain at least 100 rating points.

Hi.
i looked at your last 5 losses. In most of them, you were ahead in material but gave away material for no reason. In all of them, you made egregious errors—moving your queen out before developing other pieces, moving pieces twice before developing all your pieces, moving your f-pawn in the first few moves, not taking free material that is offered, and so on.
all of these were blitz games. You have not learned the basic opening principles and you are playing too fast to figure things out on your own.
several suggestions.
1. Stop playing blitz chess. Stick to slower time controls.
2. Learn basic opening principles. You can find these online, in books, in videos, from friends at your club. Whatever you have been doing to learn has not worked, so you need to do something else.
3. go over your losses. Figure out what you did wrong. Then stop doing it. If you keep playing blitz, you will keep making the same errors.
good luck.

"Another thing that isn't talked about...online chess is big business. They get to market openly and freely to pull people in for "just one more". They employ many of the same tactics casinos do. And just like any game or video game, it's all about the dopamine hits. Chasing that dopamine hit daily, for years on end, with no breaks...trust me, it isn't healthy."
Well said #3
I am still doing that 'just one more game thing' and really, at the end of a game, I don't feel happy anymore. I don't enjoy chess anymore. Only win matters and sometimes even win doesn't matter when I already lost so much rating earlier. It's like gambling.
My whole focus is on rating instead of playing chess and enjoying the game in itself. Besides, there are so many things that keeps us attached to online chess (league, clubs, tournaments and all )
I hope to not make chess an addiction.

For some time, you should play with bots, take things slowly, there is no need to rush. Try basic bots first and feel the happiness after winning. (I assume you are feeling depressed because of your lose so do opposite first.) And once you feel happy then start a game with a human. Make a rule of how many you will play in a day. Stick to that. Leave chess after that limit. Do some puzzles after that. Then close the app/website. Focus on other things. Chess is not the most important thing in your life.. There is so much to do. Do something fulfilling.. And most importantly, smile 😁
