Fortunately for me, I did not upgrade from XP to Vista.

I just recently made the switch to Firefox and I really love it. I can now play Live Chess where as I could not before with IE.
However, I do use Spybot but have had some problems with it. I was able to fix them so things are OK now. I think it makes registry changes that mess things up and it takes me awhile to figure it out.
I use both ZoneAlarm and AntiVir and they work pretty good.
I just finished up writing an article about recommendations for getting the most out of your computer with proper maintenance and protection.
