Conditional moves on app

This is my decennial reminder that I once posted a new thread asking this question and a chess dot com admin closed it for being an off topic bug report.

I would very much like to have this feature added on mobile. There is no reason not to have it.

I need this feature. Pls fix.

Perhaps we all should stop paying them for premium membership, then surely they will adress things?

FYI, I have reached out to Chess.com support regarding this issue, and here is their response:

Concerning this issue, I can confirm to you that our Developers have this issue firmly on their radar, but because of the amount of work on their plates, there's sadly, no definite timeline for when this work will be undertaken and executed.

For some context, there are multiple products to be built in, and many of them are already in progress so they will need to be completed first before other projects are embarked upon

Also, there is a priority list which ties into our product map, and this needs to be addressed

I'd like to assure you that your suggestion isn't being treated with levity, and our Developers will get to it eventually.

I'm so sorry that the timeline isn't very specific.

I hope this puts things in perspective.

Please chess.com... this will be definitly one of the most useful functions in the app... i think its worth it to put it on the top of your issue list... i guess there are man people who play only in the app, not computer...

I came here just to share my "hahahaha" in how chess.com excuse of full backlog is running for at least 7 years now!

+1 for people mass unsubscribing the service! I just ended my subscription!

What does it mean by "conditional move?"

Means the other player created a condition to auto-move (trying to predict your movement, in this case, the prediction was right and the game auto-moved, so it is your turn again)
