As I see it, the major issue has been solved by Erik, as promised (see post #264), and Afaf's location is no longer mapped. In my view the two other issues were also resolved along the way of this thread, so would it not be time to move to other interesting things?

Sure, let's talk about cheating!

costelus knows one sure way to end this thread.

nah i disagree.  i think we must fight for Afaf's right to post pics of dead animals (but not as your avatar cuz if you don't know--she doesn't like animals as avatars)

AfafBouardi,

in your Account => Profile => Location, you have given the name of the city.

Delete that field, and your city will no longer be listed - it is that simple.

I don't know about Chetumal's account, but whenever an account is closed, all that person's postings also become invisible. If that was an error, and if that account is reopened by staff, all the postings magically come back. Chetumal can correspond about her/his account closure with chess.com staff. BTW my account was twice closed when I tried to send rapid messages in a vote chess emergency. When I contacted chess.com staff, they reopened the account, and gave me the reason that I must not try rapid messaging - I should instead resort to sending group news.

'Hope this helps.

dsarkar.  Let's hope it didn't take until post 281 to get a good response.  Anyway...if this thread can be locked, I'd be grateful.

If ilikeflags' hands could be taped behind his back that would be awesome too.  You should be able to find him on the map.

ilikeflags

and i'm the one being accused of being in love.  Afaf...?  tying my hands behind my back?!?!  i might be able to get into that...  rrrrrraarrrrr  you naughty girl.
