Daily games: choosing an opponents location?

Recently joined chess.com and I’m enjoying the Daily games as a way of practicing and improving my game.

I’m surprised however that there appears to be no way of choosing the location of your opponent when issuing an open challenge.

If you have a number of 2- or 3-day games running concurrently it’s good to have your opponents spread across different time zones so you get a regular flow of moves throughout the day (or, conversely, you might want to have all your opponents in the same time zone if that suits you better).

Chess.com seems to systematically track player location so this should be a very easy function to add?

Has this been discussed before, and declined for any reason?

Yes. You can't select opponents by country.

If you are playing 2 or 3 day games, you have a lot of flexibility in scheduling your play time.
