Oh, great.  Way to bum us all out.  Bringing us back to "reality" --  like the awful reality of overpopulation.

You know, we've been trying to discuss a Different serious issue here:  "What to call Online Chess..."  (Have you even been Trying to pay attention?) (LOL)

OK, I take your point:  paper communication is on the way out.  Chess moves put on post cards are probably not the wave of the future.

But think about your example here and ask yourself:  "Has mailing post cards Ever been a popular activity for babies?"  I hope you'll try to think these things through more thoroughly in the future, before you just post a comment willy-nilly. Undecided

Naw. They're simply too young. Give 'em a few years and many of them will mail postcards. Kids do still. I get several every year from my cousin in Rome.

I've been trying but the noise from all those babies crying I couldn't, I panicked sorry.  :)

Gives me an idea: "you can make a baby faster than this, chess" (though depending on your interpretation that could also describe bullet for some).

Adi777

Baby  for  sale.

Apology accepted.  Let's try to put this behind us. (lol)

Nope. Nothing wrong with playing correspondence paced online, nor bullet, nor blitz, nor 960, nor rapid, nor standard. Nonetheless, it helps to distinguish chess played in days per move (correspondence) from chess played in a few hours or a few minutes.

Yes, like I always say, "make love not war",  or in this case, "make babies not war"...who wants to make a baby?

"Yes, like I always say, "make love not war",  or in this case, "make babies not war"...who wants to make a baby?"

A lovely invitation, wk!  I'm sure lots of women on this site will respond warmly, because they long to have -- as the expression goes -- "a bun in the oven."  Just a reminder:  check first to be sure they still have ovens.  You don't want to waste your time when your biological clock is ticking, right?

Lol, yes you're very right, a time saver indeed, and making time and exploring the oven is half the fun!  I hope this goes through censors intact. Smile

Well done. You have at least a medium rare talent for this!
