The CDN the site uses for static resources, such as sounds and images, is experiencing issues.
So it's a bug that's being looked into 👍
I usually play 10 min matches and I would be multi-tasking by browsing the web if my opponent is taking some time with his moves. Is it a bug or a feature? Is chess.com forcing people to look at the screen by removing the sound?
